By commissioning me, "artist", you, "client", agree to the following terms of service.
Please read each time before ordering as tos may change.last updated - 2.02.26General:
i. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
ii. I, "artist", maintain all rights to all produced artworks.
iii. Feel free to contact me for any reason regarding commissions via Email or Cara. Discord contact can be requested.Credit:
i. Credit must be given to somewhatcloudi whenever posting/sharing my, "artist's", artworks anywhere.
ii. Please credit my carrd, or my Cara @somewhatcloudi when posting/sharing anywhere other than Toyhouse.
iii. If uploading to Toyhouse, please credit my Toyhouse profile @CloudiPayment and Refunds:
i. As of now i only accept payment through PayPal. All prices are in AUD.
ii. All payments must be paid in full after the commission is accepted.
iii. If i, "artist", cancel the commission before completion for any reason after payment has been sent, a refund will be issued in full asap.
iv. If you, "client", cancel the commission before completion for any reason after payment has been sent, a refund will only be issued to the percentage of the process of which the commission has been completed (i.e. if the commission has been completed by 60%, only 40% of the payment will be refunded).
v. I, "artist", will not cover any excess fees charged by PayPal for any refunds.Process:
i. A sketch will be sent to "client" and must be approved before continuation. If sketch is not approved within two weeks, the commission will be cancelled to the cost of the client.
ii. Up to three (3) additional Work in Progress may be requested by "client".
iii. The time in which it takes "artist" to complete the commission can vary due to complexity, order of commissions, health, work, family, or other personal reasons. "Artist" will update "client" if there is any reason the commission should take longer than a month to complete.Changes:
i. After completion, "client" may ask for small changes at no extra charge.
ii. Large or more complex changes will be charged.Usage and Copyright:
i. I, "artist", maintain all rights to all produced artworks, not "client". I may use the artwork to;
• Promote myself.
• Display and post anywhere i, "artist", wish.ii. You, "client", have the right to;
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
• Post/display the artwork with proper credit to the artist.
• "Client" may only lay claim to their character(s) not to any part of the artwork.iii. If "client" violates the copyright in any way, all rights to the artwork will be revoked.
iv. Violating the copyright includes;
• Using the artwork for commercial purposes (unless allowed by "artist" prior).
• Taking any credit for the artwork.
• Not clearly crediting the artist for the artwork.
• Tampering with the artist's watermark/signature.
•Altering the artwork without the artists permission.Private artworks can be requested with an additional 30% fee and will not be posted or displayed anywhere by "artist".
